Black

In 1942, the Office of Stategic Services began recruiting bankers, lawyers, and troubadors to train in behind-the-lines disciplines including indigenous networking. The contemporary X-Ray program recruits men off the streets to train as pontifical writers. Internal SF canditates are mostly fresh privates or officers that do more than deal with shit. The training program loosens recruits by statements such as, "Recover! Now I want you to pretend you are soldiers and get into formation; quickly, people, quickly," and for the obsessive-complussive, "Now push'em out and don't ever call me sir. You address me as seargent, you got that?" This is all with the goal that they get along in villages.
